Sweet tooth harms eyesight

  1. That is very interesting, I would be curious to see a study that shows adults with short-sitedness and their diets. I would guess they are heavy in carbs and sugar.

Please comment on the discussion regarding bone density and that pre historic man had strong bones, does the data co-relate with today where the average age of individuals is much greater than perhaps the age of prehistoric man. Would the same bone issues have been apparent in prehistoric man if he had lived to an older age.
